Organic Denim Production and Stages

For organic denim fabric, the process starts with cotton. After the cotton, which is produced following ecological standards without using any drugs in the cotton-producing field, turns into yarn, these yarns use environmentally friendly dyes and chemicals that do not harm the environment. In this way, the desire to be harmless is realized in the process from the supplier to the final sale. In this way, many natural resources are produced and protected in a way that they can be used again. Besides, activities aimed at stimulating the production of the indigo plant, which is an important resource for denim, have started to come to the fore.
In order to follow an organic process in washing processes, the washing process is carried out only by dry processes and water washing, without using chemical pests to support the organic fabric and paint.
